Claim your Identity Management (IDM) Account, click the link below and follow the instructions on the screen. Your IDM account is used for a number of services, including U-mail, Blackboard, and network authentication.

NOTE: IE9 is not supported for the IDM system at this time and does not work to claim your account or change your password using self-service.

Identity Manager (IdM) will not be available Saturday, May 19 from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. You will not be able to claim, change your password or password hint questions during this time.

Exam Scoring Located in Upson II Basement:
The scantron exam drop off and pickup location is in the basement of Upson II. A phone is installed in the hallway to contact the exam processing staff.



Upson II

ITSS provides central IT services for UND including help center, network, technology support, technical services, telecommunications infrastructure and telephone. In addition to the UND services, it also plays a key role in the Online Dakota Information Network (ODIN), StageNet, and ConnectND PeopleSoft implementation for the North Dakota University System.
