A number of people have reported problems accessing attachments via the Web after upgrading to Internet Explorer 7. In some cases, after clicking on the attachment the browser seems to try to do something but just stays on the same screen, in others, you get a 404 Not Found error. A new setting relating to downloading files has been added with IE 7 and the default value needs to be changed as follows:
Go to the Tools menu and choose
Internet Options
Security
Custom Level
scroll to the Downloads section and change
"Automatic Prompting for File Downloads "
to ENABLED.

If you are having problems logging in to U-mail Web Access please check the following:
Spam Filters -- Overwhelmed by spam? U-mail now has a feature that allows you to choose what to do with e-mail messages labeled as spam, even if you use Web Access for U-maill to access your e-mail.
Web Access for U-mail Filters -- Web Access for U-mail now allows you to create your own filters.
U-mail may be accessed either via the U-mail Web Access web site, or by using POP or IMAP e-mail software such as outlook express and eudora. If you will be using one of these two programs, configuration information is available.
